Compatibility

OZTECH SHOPPING has limited information regarding compatibility due to the rapid change in technology, so customers are encouraged to do their own research first.

OZTECH SHOPPING will only make recommendations and compatibility guarantee commitments in writing, thus customers are required to make a formal request for this in writing or by email.

Compatibility between all hardware or software products is not guaranteed. No refund/replacement will be available for incompatibility problems.

Latest hardware or software tends to have high chances of incompatibility issues.  Please check with the manufacturer that all compatibility issue have been resolved prior to purchasing.

It is the customers’ own responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware or software is resolved prior to ordering.

It is generally recommended to purchase products made by the same manufacturer to ensure more compatibilities.

Placing an Order for Products

By placing order purchaser had agreed to take delivery of goods a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place the order when they become available. Purchaser may cancel / after any indent order within 3 weeks of placing order. OZTECH SHOPPING may change the prices for Goods or Services published on our website at any time without giving notice to you. Prices of products placed in the “cart” but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment. OZTECH SHOPPING has obligation to supply the goods at original price. However, if changes in price occurred, any repeat order will be supplied with the new price.

No amendments or alterations shall be made to the above terms and conditions without the prior written consent of OZTECH SHOPPING.

ALL GOODS REMAIN PROPERTY OF OZTECH SHOPPING UNLESS PAID IN FULL.

Pricing and Availability

Not all goods are always available, although we do try to keep as much product in stock at all times, but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we do run out of stock. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

The price for the goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, is the price set out on the dispatch confirmation. The price for the goods quoted on the website is in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Deliveries

For all deliveries freight will be charged accordingly. OZTECH SHOPPING strives to be efficient and will ensure every effort is made to dispatch available products on time. OZTECH SHOPPING will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during freight of goods, nor liable for any delays encountered after the dispatch of orders. Customers is liable for any redelivery charges incurred due failure of accepting goods on date of delivery time / date.

Customers is solely responsible for ensure that accurate shipping information is provided when making an order for delivery. Please contact us ASAP if you find that the provided shipping information is incorrect or requires a change. Changing shipping information on the website does not update existing orders as they have already been processed.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges, for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.

Customers can track their order using consignment number of delivery; you can follow up the delivery status on courier website. Our delivery team will notify you with the tracking as soon as the item dispatched from courier depot.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • You must check your item on delivery. By signing for and accepting delivery you are confirming the item is in good condition. OZTECH SHOPPING can take no responsibility for loss or damage to an item once you have accepted delivery.
  • If your item arrives in a faulty or damaged condition then prior to returning please email us to obtain a Returns Authorizations Number by using one of our contact email addresses.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged, then we will exchange it at no cost to you.
  • You must return the faulty / damaged item in its original envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made. If faulty, please include a letter describing the fault.
  • Faulty / damaged products must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
  • All refunds will be made directly to the payee.
  • If a manufacturer warranty is applicable to the Product, you then must deal with the manufacturer directly.

Cancellations

OZTECH SHOPPING reserves the right to cancel your Order and/or place your Order on hold and request you to provide additional information (for example, proof of identity documents) or arrange payment by another method.

Change of mind Returns and Exchange

Please choose carefully, as OZTECH SHOPPING is under no obligation to provide refunds where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We do however; offer an exchange on available items or credit note for change of mind within 7 days of your purchase. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed between 9am to 6pm AEST. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

After your order leaves our warehouse, we aim to make delivery between 2 to 5 days to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, and between 3 to 10 days to other cities in Australia.

Defamation claims

Because OZTECH SHOPPING lists thousands of products for sale on the website and hosts many thousands of comments, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each product listed for sale, or each comment or review that is displayed. Accordingly, OZTECH SHOPPING operates on a “notice and takedown” basis.
